Over the years, I have learned (often the hard way) that self-care has to be the priority. When we neglect ourselves and continue to pour and pour into everything and everyone else, at some point, we have nothing left. This is when burnout happens.
I work with people who are tired of being tired, tired of feeling stuck, and ready to participate in their own healing; and I collaborate with them in discovering what is required to shift from surviving to thriving.
